Hello and a warm welcome, my name is Jackie and I am a virtual assistant and the founder of GwenGreen Virtual Assistant Services, based in Essex.
I am a creative, results & customer service-oriented admin professional with over 30 years’ experience in roles ranging from departmental typist through to events organiser and marketing communications specialist.
I’m recognised for my exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills whilst maintaining an extremely high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in everything I do.
GwenGreen VAS came about after I was made redundant. In case you’re wondering, the company is actually named after my mum. I toyed with lots of different names, but none seemed quite right. Her name came into my head and it was a case of bam – that’s the one! She passed away when I was in my late teens, but I like to think her strength, dependibility and motivation are a big part of who I am.
So, using the skills and experience I had accumulated over many years, I decided that I would achieve more job satisfaction from helping small business, sole traders – or basically anyone who needs assistance – to grow their businesses and to achieve their goals by providing the support they needed, when they needed it.
I’ve always been at my happiest providing a service that exceeds expectations and a former manager once said, “Jackie is simply brilliant – every company should have one!”
