Do you offer refunds or cancellations for retainer packages?
Retainer packages are non-refundable, but you can adjust the hours or cancel with 30 days’ notice for the next billing cycle.
What happens if I don’t use all my retainer hours in a month?
Unused hours don’t roll over, but we’ll always strive to make the most of your package each month.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients outside your area?
We’re based in Essex, but work with clients across the UK and beyond. Virtual assistance knows no boundaries!
