The VA Support Space

A confidential support space for experienced VAs who spend their days supporting clients and need time, space and a trusted sounding board for their own business

You support everyone else’s business. Who’s supporting yours?

Running a VA business can feel isolating, even when your diary is full.

Client work gets done. Your own business gets pushed down the list.

Things you mean to sort sit there longer than they should, not because you can’t do them, but because you rarely give your own business the same space and attention you give everyone else’s.

The VA Support Space exists for that reason.

It’s 1-2-1, ongoing support, centred around a monthly Zoom call, with space to talk through your priorities, sense-check decisions, untangle ideas, and offload the stuff you’re carrying.

Some months we’ll plan.
Some months we’ll problem-solve.
And some months we’ll just talk it out or vent about something that’s been sitting in your head.

No pressure. No judgement. Just support that fits around the business you’re already running.

Who it's for

The VA Support Space is for you if you already have clients, understand the role, and want:

  • Accountability, so your own business doesn’t keep slipping to the bottom of the list

  • Consistency, without having to force yourself into rigid routines

  • Clearer structure around your business, not your clients’

  • Someone to talk things through with when decisions feel messy or unclear

  • Help deciding what actually needs attention each month

  • A sounding board for awkward client situations, pricing wobbles, or moments of stuckness

I’m still a practising VA, so I’m firmly in the VA world myself. I understand the pace, the pressures, and the day-to-day realities. You don’t need to explain the basics or justify why something feels hard.

“She just gets me.”

To start in The VA Support Space, there’s a minimum 3-month commitment.

After the initial period, support continues at £195 per month, with one month’s notice if you decide to stop.

What's included

This is ongoing, 1-2-1 support, shaped around what you actually need month to month.

Regular check-ins

  • One 60-minute Zoom call each month, with a Fathom recording and full transcript

  • A space to pause, reflect, plan, or problem-solve depending on what’s going on for you at the time

Support between calls

  • WhatsApp check-ins during working hours (UK time)

  • Space to ask questions as they come up, not just when you have a call booked

  • A sounding board for the half-formed ideas, the frustrations, and the decisions you don’t want to make alone

  • And somewhere to rant when you need to!

Nothing is too small to bring, and you won’t need all of this every week. Most people use The VA Support Space as a reliable place to think things through, get support when it’s needed, and stop their own business slipping into the background.

How this works

The VA Support Space is designed to sit alongside your client work and your life, not take over either.

Support starts with a minimum three-month commitment. This gives enough time for the support to be genuinely useful, without locking you into something long term.

We’ll have a 60-minute Zoom call each month. The calls will be booked in advance, and you’ll receive a Fathom recording and full transcript afterwards so you can refer back to anything we’ve talked through.

Between calls, you’ll have access to WhatsApp support during working hours (UK time), so questions, thoughts or decisions don’t have to wait until your next call.

After the initial three months, support continues on a rolling monthly basis. You can cancel at any point with one month’s notice. If you decide to stop, you’re welcome to enquire again in future, subject to availability.

Everything is set up to be supportive, flexible and manageable, so it feels like help, not another thing to stay on top of.

“I felt completely comfortable reaching out with questions, even the ones that felt silly.”

Not ready for The VA Support Space?

The VA Support Space is an ongoing support option for established VAs who already have clients and don’t need training or setup help.

It’s for VAs who are confident in the role, but want a consistent place to think things through, sense-check decisions and be supported as they run their business.

If you’re earlier in your VA journey and need more guidance with the fundamentals of running a VA business, Foundations First may be a better fit.

Foundations First is designed for new or aspiring VAs who want to understand the role, build solid foundations and get started with confidence.

“Jackie is knowledgeable, encouraging and genuinely invested in the success of others.”
