When forms are well designed and easy to complete, people tend to fill them in and submit them. When forms are poorly designed, people will close the tab and not bother, or only half-heartedly, answer the questions. Frustrating for you to say the least.

I offer custom PDF form design, re-creating your forms as user-friendly PDFs with fillable fields and automation to boost completion rates. I’ll also give advice on the content if I feel it could enhance the customer completion rate.

Points to Note

The majority of forms will be created using Adobe InDesign and converted to PDF with fields and functionality added using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and JavaScript.

Forms can be created using Jotform or Googleform, but these will not include any additional functionality.

To view the finished items or fill in the forms, you can use Adobe Acrobat Reader which is free software (download from www.adobe.com). Acrobat software works on both PCs and Macs. Other third-party PDF software is available, but I cannot comment on the usability.
