How much will it cost?
The beauty of working with a Virtual Assistant is that you only pay for the time that you use. If you’re wondering about virtual assistant pricing, here’s how it work.
There are none of the costly overheads of hiring an employee and the VA only works the hours that you need.
We work on either a monthly retainer, per-project or pay-as-you-go basis. For all business owners, budgeting is important and the monthly retainer packages are ideal to ensure that you not only have support guaranteed monthly, but the cost confirmed.
Pay As You Go (PAYG)
This suits clients who just need ad-hoc work doing every now and again. For the first use, I charge a PAYG rate of £45 an hour with a minimum booking of two hours. After this, any further usage is charged per hour or part thereof. You will be billed after two weeks then at the end of every month if relevant.
Monthly retainers
All monthly retainer packages must be paid for in advance each month. Retainers are for a minimum of three months and unused hours expire at the end of each month – you will be kept informed as hours are used. Additional hours over and above the package allowance are charged at £45 per hour; regardless of the package purchased. Payment must be received before work commences. Monthly retainer clients are given priority over ad-hoc work.

Out of hours/urgent tasks
Regardless of package, any out of hours or urgent tasks will be charged at a Premium PAYG Rate of £60 per hour and be subject to a minimum two hour charge. The Premium PAYG Rate falls outside and is in addition to the purchased package and will be invoiced at the end of the month.
Design and creation/project rates
An agreed set rate* charged for one-off tasks or projects with a specific deliverable or deadline. Project rates will be payable 50% in advance and 50% on completion.
*can be subject to revision during the project depending on the scope and will be agreed with you in advance
PDF & Form solutions
Create and format professional documetns tailored to your business needs, including manipulation of PDF’s, fillable forms and online form set up.
Workbooks, planners and notebooks
Design and produce workbooks to accompany the course you are running or to just keep your brand infront of your clients.
