But let’s be real … writing is one thing, getting it out into the world is another. Between the tech, the design, and the deadlines, it’s easy for newsletters to fall to the bottom of the list.

That’s where I come in. You write the words, and I’ll handle everything else, making sure your newsletter looks good and actually gets sent!

• Building and formatting your newsletter in your existing email platform
• Adding images and graphics where needed
• Making sure your branding, fonts and colours are consistent
• Adding and checking links
• Proofreading and checking the layout
• Sending you a proof to approve before it goes out
• Scheduling or sending your newsletter once approved

If you’d like to send newsletters more frequently, or your newsletters are particularly long or need more involved design or formatting, just get in touch and I’ll give you a price based on what’s involved.

If you’re starting from scratch with email marketing, or you already have a mailing list that needs moving to a new platform, I can help with that too.

Depending on what you already have and what you need, this could include setting up your account, importing or moving your contacts, authenticating your domain, organising lists, groups or tags, creating signup forms and setting up welcome emails or simple automations.

Every setup is different, particularly when you’re moving an existing mailing list from one platform to another, so I’ll take a look at what you’ve got and let you know what’s involved before we start.
